What is Whole30?

The Whole30 is an approach to eating that is designed to reset your health.  By eliminating certain foods groups that could be having a negative impact on your body, you restore your energy, mind and body.

For 30 days, you eliminate these food groups. In doing so, you allow your body to heal and recover from the negative ailments that these foods have been causing.


What's Out?

I won’t expect this will be easy for you, it was not easy for me, but it is worth it.

Although there is a wealth of information online, I thought it would be more beneficial to have a one on one with someone who had first-hand experience with Whole30.  Ms. McCallum was more than willing to answer all of my questions and explain in detail the science behind the program. She was able to clarify and elaborate on the information I retrieved from the whole30 website. Ms. McCallum provided tips and tricks for success as well as, useful information for easy meal planning.  More importantly, I was educated on the premise of Whole30. My outlook on the program turned from “weight loss” to healthy, clean eating. I was able to look at food with fresh eyes, making good decisions for what food works best for me.”
